Field Leadership Certification (formerly called “Initial Foreman Certification”)

*The “Initial Foreman Certification” has been renamed to the “Local 469 Field Leadership Certification (FLC)”

Per Section 16.05 of the Local 469/Arizona Mechanical Contractors Association Collective Bargaining Agreement, individuals certified by the Arizona Pipe Trades Labor-Management Cooperative Committee will receive the following supervisor premiums:

In order for the premium to apply to you, you must complete the Local 469 Field Leadership Certification (FLC) which consists of:

1. Attending and completing 24 hours of in-person training through 3 classes on 3 separate days:
             a. Module 1 (8 hours)
             b. Module 2 (8 hours)
             c. Module 3 (8 hours)
2. Passing a post-class test with a score of 70% or above

Classes will all take place at the PIPE Office from 7:00am – 4:00pm. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.

All dates are first come, first served. If a class is full, you will be added to the waitlist. If/when a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email.
