Founded in 2017, the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) was created with an aim to empower women in the mechanical industry and support their professional growth through networking, educational, mentoring and career development opportunities.

As of April 2025, we are excited to announce the creation of the Arizona MCA – UA Local 469 WiMI Committee! As part of this group, you will have the unique opportunity to meet other women in the industry and participate in activities throughout the year. We look forward to connecting with you!
