Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI)

The Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) initiative was created to enable women in the mechanical industry to further enrich their careers through networking, educational, mentoring and career development opportunities.

As of April 2025, we are excited to announce the creation of the Arizona MCA – UA Local 469 WiMI Committee! As part of this group, you will have the unique opportunity to meet other women in the industry and participate in activities throughout the year. We look forward to connecting with you!
